Once you agree to the terms below, the agreement is in full force and you are legally bound to the covenants contained herein.

Trading is risky

Trading on margin carries a much higher level of risk than trading cash on a dollar for dollar basis. Therefore it may not be suitable for you as an investor. The high leverage available with Forex brokers can work against you as well as for you. Before deciding to trade Foreign Exchange (Forex), Stocks, Futures or CFDs you should carefully study the material on this forum to assist you to properly assess your investment objectives before trading your money in the markets. The possibility exists that you could sustain a loss of some or all of your initial investment and therefore you should not invest money that, if lost, would adversely affect your present lifestyle. We strongly recommend that you use the material provided in the forum in order to determine your potential as a trader while trading either a demo account or a small account with a very low amount of money – before risking large amounts.

Having paid the monthly tuition entitles the subscriber to contribute to the forum’s channels following certain rules that will be updated under our Forum Rules. Failing to comply with the clear rules stated in the above mentioned channel within the private forum’s, can end up revoking the subscriber’s account, preventing them from contributing as an active subscriber and not allowing access to any content provided by White Oak University or Kevin Araujo. They may even have their account eliminated from the system.

White Oak Trading University will update our Watchlist and trade ideas, but let it be known that all posts are intended to be for educational purposes and are intended to help you learn how we locate trading opportunities and manage trades. White Oak Trading University does not trade anyone’s money, members should learn from the lessons and classroom sessions provided in this membership and apply them. The community and forum will be used to ask for advice on how to apply the concepts and principles we teach on very specific scenarios, White Oak Trading University is not responsible for any losses taken by members by following the schools learning material, video analysis and posts submitted by its administrator or any of its members.

Membership level and content

By accessing this community service and its forums, you, the User, agree to be bound by the terms and conditions below (the “Terms”). These terms apply to anyone who views, uses, is a member of, participates in or interacts with the Site in anyway (the “User”). If you, the User, also called Member, do not agree to all of the Terms, please do not continue to be a member of White Oak Trading University. The community member agrees to comply with instructions or directions from the community administrator.  The community member also agrees to comply with the rules of conduct of the community.

Access to the trading analysis and commentaries is done via monthly subscription installments, failure to renew monthly installments will result in termination of access to all services provided by White Oak Trading University. The User will have access to content of the school based on their membership level. Not all membership levels will have access to the same kind of information.

Online Trading Risks

Trading online carries risks such as power outages, telephone disconnections, and internet service interruptions. We advise all traders that they should have contingencies in place to handle such risks. A VPS system or a second phone such as a mobile phone in case the phone service is down, would be possible backup choices. A second internet provider such as a wireless service in addition to your ADSL or satellite service is a good idea and for day traders a generator backup system in case of power failure is also an important consideration.

Any negative comments regarding White Oak University and it's services on any of the public forums will be grounds for you being banned from all public forums and removal from membership with the school.

Abuse of any kind will not be tolerated on this Site. Abuse includes but is not limited to: verbal or written abuse of the Site, its Users, Affiliates or Directors; attempting to access privileged information not granted to the User; spreading company-specific information in an attempt to manipulate price of a financial instrument. Any of these actions or other actions deemed by the Site to be abusive or illegal in nature could result in an immediate ban of the User from using interactive parts of the Site or loss of membership without refund if fees were paid.

The User agrees not to take legal action against www.whiteoakfx.com, it’s directors, users, affiliates or management, or take any legal action that may directly or indirectly cause legal action to be taken against the Site, it’s directors, Users, affiliates or management based on such disciplinary action and the User’s only course of action is to cease using the Site.

Termination of subscription
The minimum subscription period will be 3 months. After this initial period, subscription will be renewed every month. The subscriber will be able to manage and cancel his subscription at any time after the initial period by cancelling their PayPal automatic payments. The subscriber can apply for a cancellation of his subscription at any moment, all you need to do is contact us by email and we will cancel your automatic payments for you and provide you with proof of that action being taken. Once cancellation of payments are fulfilled your membership tuition/payments will no longer be renewed for another monthly period.

All payments made through the Site are processed through PayPal . The Site holds no copies, nor does it have access to User’s personal financial information or credit card numbers. We will not intentionally disclose any personal information to any third parties, except when we believe in good faith that the law requires it. White Oak Trading University uses reasonable security methods to protect the data that resides on the servers that are made available to us through a third party. However, no security system is impenetrable. We cannot guarantee the security of those servers, nor can we guarantee that information that users supply will not be intercepted while being transmitted to us over the Internet.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

Because of the nature of the services we offer here at White Oak Trading University and the privileged information provided on our site, once you become a member/student with us, there are no refunds. Once the school receives your monthly tuition payment, there are no refunds. You are expected to keep track of your monthly payment schedule. The lessons, classroom sessions, commentary and analysis provided here at www.whiteoakfx.com is proprietary and exclusively the ownership of White Oak Capital Investments Corp. and is made available only to students and members who pay to access this exclusive content. Once you have paid for access, it is understood that should you are agreeing to receiving the information and resources we provide as a result of having made a full payment.

If you decide you want to cancel your membership with www.whiteoakfx.com please message us using the  "Contact Us" green tab on the bottom right corner of the website before a payment has been withdrawn and let us know your reason for intending to withdraw from your studies with us. We always like to have an opportunity to discuss a personalized learning solution for you and have found many students have benefited from this additional effort. Once an automatic payment has been withdrawn from your account to renew your membership/subscription with us, the payment will not be refunded. You are expected to keep track of billing dates and be responsible for when payments are made. Should an automatic payment be made to us, you will not be entitled to a refund of any kind as it will be understood that you intend to keep your membership and use the services we offer for your next membership payment term.

Copyright and non-disclosure
I therefore, in consideration of my involvement with White Oak Trading University and www.whiteoakfx.com, wish to enter into this mutual agreement with White Oak Capital Investments Corp. and covenant to honor, adhere to, obey, and abide by all stipulations, agreements, and covenants contained herein.

The information provided in the www.whiteoakfx.com site constitutes copyrighted teaching materials regardless of the medium the material is delivered. I understand that the trading concepts and principles the school site provides are proprietary in nature and, are available to me only by virtue of having a paid membership with White Oak Trading University. I further understand that they are available for my exclusive personal use and learning and not for the use of others. They may not be copied, distributed, disseminated, or otherwise made available to any person or entity, who does not have a paid up membership to whiteoakfx.com. Any reproduction of lessons, classroom sessions and any content provided to you in any other form provided by White Oak Trading University is solely to be used by yourself in the process of your learning and should not be made available to anyone else, shared or reproduced for profit. Failure to adhere to this will result in legal action taken against you. The only exception is a spouse and/or children over the age of 18 currently residing with me. A spouse or child not living with me or children not living at my residence must have their own paid accounts to take advantage of the schools content.

I agree not to copy, share, or otherwise disseminate to any person, corporation, partnership, or other entity, any copyrighted material(s) of White Oak Trading University, White Oak Capital Investments Corp. or Kevin Araujo without the written authorization and consent of White Oak Capital Investments Corp.

I agree to adhere to all forum rules and restrictions. Failure to do so may result in permanent termination of my account without remedy or refund.

I acknowledge that the restrictive covenants contained herein are a reasonable and necessary protection of the legitimate business interest of White Oak Capital Investments Corp., and that my violation of them could cause substantial injury to White Oak Capital Investments Corp.

However, if any court or other body having jurisdiction shall at any time hold such covenants to be unenforceable or unreasonable, it will have no bearing on any other part of this agreement that has not been deemed unenforceable.

This agreement shall be construed, governed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the province of Ontario, Canada. In addition, by executing this agreement both parties submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of the province of Ontario, Canada, for purposes of any action arising under this agreement. The captions are for convenience and reference only, and they shall not define, limit, or construe the contents of any provision, covenant or agreement. Except where the context indicates otherwise, words in the singular number shall include plural, and vice versa, and words in the masculine, feminine, or neuter gender shall include each other’s gender as well.

I agree to indemnify and hold White Oak Capital Investments Corp., its affiliates, employees, agents, forum’s members, successors and assigns harmless from and against any and all liabilities, losses, damages, costs and expenses, including attorney’s fees, incurred by White Oak Capital Investments Corp., arising out of my failure to fully and timely perform agreements herein. I also agree to pay promptly to White Oak Capital Investments Corp. all damages, costs and expenses, including attorney’s fees, incurred by White Oak Capital Investments Corp., in the enforcement of any of the provisions of this Agreement and any other agreements between me and whiteoakfx.com, White Oak Trading University or White Oak Capital Investments Corp.

The term of this Agreement shall be ongoing commencing from the date of subscription and would only expire upon the expiration of any copyrighted material on the www.whiteoakfx.com site and written notification by White Oak Capital Investments Corp., White Oak Trading University is owned and operated by White Oak Capital Investments Corp,. and any mention of White Oak Trading University or whiteoakfx.com in this agreement refers to White Oak Investments Corp. as well.
