πŸ›οΈ πŸ‘¨β€πŸŽ“ πŸ‘©β€πŸŽ“ Student Intro: Marc from Kuwait

πŸ›οΈ πŸ‘¨β€πŸŽ“ πŸ‘©β€πŸŽ“ Student Introductions:

My name is Marc, 31 years, happily married and have 1 child. I work as assistant professor in a university in Kuwait. I hold two nationalities ([French and Lebanese). I have been gambling for the past 2-3 years and lost lots of money. I didn't have a strategy. I always started with a small amount of money, multiplied it by x10 then lost it all in one trade. My biggest mistake is money management, I always risk too much. Recently, on the rally of gold, I lost 5000 k euros. The market has slapped me hardly many times and now I come to realize that trading is an art I should learn and stop gambling.

For the past months, I have been only learning and practicing on a Demo account. I have learnt many things, tested dozen of strategy but still don't have know how the big players

are moving the market. This is when I discovered the Cot report and came across one of Kevin's youtube video. Wow, the way he explained it and the passion he has made me watch most of his youtube videos. In his video entitled 'What we teach at White Oak Trading University', he was talking about education and the learning process which had a big impact on me. He literally was talking about me : searching for a system, watching the news, relying on indicators, feeling not good enough to have my own opinion, following other traders, buy system to make profit, ... . The way I was trading don't make sense and I was always missing the big picture in the market.

As Einstein said, Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results. This is what I was doing, repeating the same mistakes, and expecting to become profitable.

Finally; I want to thank Kevin for this project and for all the passion he has. I believe he is a great teacher and motivator . I am looking forward for my learning journey with you.

And for all new traders; if you are not profitable, stop what you are doing and dedicate more time to learning. I hope we are all going to strive together.
